The Saison Foundation owns a three-story building in Tokyo called Morishita Studio, which opened in April 1994, annex will be opening in 2010 with a new studio and residence facility. Within both buildings, there are four studios (from small to one 238.56 sq.m. large studio) designed specifically for theater and dance use.
Each studio is equipped with plywood flooring, mirrors and exercise bars, locker rooms, and also a small office with a direct-dial telephone. Other facilities within the building are lounge, restrooms and showers, pantries, and a pay copy and fax machine. Furnished guest room is also available for International Program. Grantees may rent the studios for rehearsals, workshops, work-in-progress
events, symposia, lectures, etc., depending on the grant program at an
inexpensive rate just to cover basic costs. In addition, Morishita studio
is used as venues for the Foundation's sponsorship and joint sponsorship
