Each studio is equipped with plywood flooring, mirrors and exercise bars, locker rooms, and also a small office with a direct-dial telephone. Other facilities within the building are lounge, restrooms and showers, pantries, and a pay copy and fax machine. Furnished guest room is also available for International Program. Grantees may rent the studios for rehearsals, workshops, work-in-progress events, symposia, lectures, etc., depending on the grant program at an inexpensive rate just to cover basic costs. In addition, Morishita studio is used as venues for the Foundation's sponsorship and joint sponsorship programs.

Requests to rent the studios are accepted during the grant application period from October to December each year. Grantees who have submitted requests to rent the studios are awarded priority use of the studio during the year starting from June to March in 2012.
